Current state and prospects for the development of legal support for hydrotechnical land reclamation

The article is devoted to the analysis of current state Ukrainian legislation in field hydrotechnical land reclamation, as well highlighting prospects for development legal support a certain area public relations. It has been established that reclamation contributes an increase soil fertility, productivity and sustainability agriculture, creation guaranteed food fund state. However, recent years, efficiency declining, which explained by number objective subjective reasons: insufficient material technical shortcomings usage structures, deterioration ecological agricultural land, interest responsibility landowners users. These factors include incomplete use scientific developments, information support, imperfect outdated regulatory framework. Considering great importance country’s these relations require proper regulation. concluded it impossible solve following problems through organization reclamation: combating desertification, providing resources years with adverse weather conditions, agriculture water. All this due fact problem complex. To achieve goals irrigation drainage strategy Ukraine period up 2030 within priority directions, necessary ensure effective interaction legal, organizational, economic financial mechanisms restoration Ukraine.
